User :   Hi Doctor good day to you
User :   needed some help
User :   i have a stomach infection since the past 3 days
Doctor :   ok. what symptoms do you have at present?
User :   because of which whatever i eat come out after about an hour
User :   as of now just slight uneasiness in the stomach whenever i eat or drink anything
User :   and loose motions as soon as i eat

User :   yes both
Doctor :   is there abdomen pain associated while passing motion or before passing motion?
User :   no pain

User :   no vomiting
User :   i generally have a sensitive stomach

User :   age - 28, gender - Male, height - 5'11", weight-87kgs, details of past medical illness and treatment if any - i have a weak stomach and i get this problem when i eat rich food, maybe once in 5 months. Usually it goes in a day or two becuase i eat food which binds the stomach. But this time it hasnt

User :   i ate rich food on Thursday night at a restraunt

User :   since Friday morning I have been facing this problem

User :   its gotten worse yesterday
User :   mucus yes

User :   no blood

User :   since saturday night i pass motion every time i eat
Doctor :   do you have weakness or tiredness associated?
User :   i have been eating fruits and rice based food but it doesnt help

User :   i feel a litlle weak guess its because i cant eat as much as i normally do
Doctor :   the type of loose stools that you are having (passing motion every time you eat) is called as 'purging effect'. it is body's mechanism to throw out the harmful organism or food items

Doctor :   I would suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist and also get a stool test done to identify the infection
Doctor :   once the infection is identified, then it can be properly treated

Doctor :   also the examination done by the gastroenterologist

Doctor :   if any other problems are associated with your gut
Doctor :   in terms of IBS (inflammatory bowel syndrome) which is making you have repeated episodes after having rich food

Doctor :   if IBS changes are found, the treatment approach would differ, involving a colonoscopy and also a barium meal study
