User :   My 4 months old son was passing stool frequently after having food.... last tuesday we gave stool routine test and the result was mucus +1 and bacteria present.. so the doctor gave gramogyl syrup,stibs and z&d.... then the doctor change it to normet,gnorm and zedott, but still he is passing the stool frequently however the color of the stool got changed from green to normal now. what required to be done to reduce the frequency of the stool

User :   breast feeding and nestum rice

User :   with in 15 minutes he passes the stool with little quantity

Doctor :   and children do not need water if he is breast fed
