Doctor :   So far Hemsi (iron syp) & Sure (proteen supplements) improve the diet and give mourish ment
Doctor :   was he ok, before he joined the play school
Doctor :   ?
Doctor :   One cause of this, could be that he is getting infections from kids at his playschool
User :   he was born week,
Doctor :   as there may be carriers among them

User :   we have to run after him for food
Doctor :   In most cases like this one other reason, could be a persistant ear infection, which can cause recurrent episodes,
User :   he does not feel hungry.. he can survive on milk all day
User :   ok,
Doctor :   THIS thing described is a normal feature of children who like icecream & sweet things, but not rice, etc
Doctor :   and also they are lazy, to chew food
User :   wht is the resolution
User :   yes
Doctor :   they like to drink or eat easy food
User :   yes
Doctor :   the solution - try to add some very small cut fruits and protein powder into milk
Doctor :   reward him, if he eats something - like a chocoilate once in awhile
User :   ok
Doctor :   or more playtime , or something that he likes
User :   i give him pediasure
User :   he plays all day
Doctor :   and also, relax yourself and not overdo things about worrying about them
Doctor :   hes just 2 yrs, so over time he will grow
Doctor :   if he is able to play all day long, then be happy
Doctor :   if hes hungry he will come and ask you
User :   ok

Doctor :   give me a moment
User :   ok
Doctor :   check the play home and enquire about other sick kids there

Doctor :   when sick , just give him some prophylactic medicine as soon as possible so that he does not worsen
Doctor :   no need to change
User :   thanks
Doctor :   Pediasure & hemsi are good supplements
User :   one last quesytion
