User :   I just have a quick question I wanted to see if its a concern
User :   I woke up about 15 mins ago with a seizure on my right leg

User :   not even sure if I can really sure if Im terming it correctly, but it lasted for about 5-10 seconds
User :   I dont believe it was flickering, more like cramping up

User :   sorry, Im not too familiar with the names
User :   no I do not smoke or drink

User :   no but I have started up an hour work out starting about a week ago so I think that may be attributed to this
User :   I got myself one of those video games "Wii Fit"
Doctor :   It might have just been the bad sleeping posture causing the blood circulation to your muscles that are involved to stop and so the pain..
Doctor :   It will be good that soon after you get up do some stretching exercises..
Doctor :   in the bed and that will help prevent tis painn.
User :   right, I guess my major concern is, will a seizer like this be related to some sort of blood clot where I may realize later when its too late

User :   I guess I watch too much tv but Im just worried that I may not know about something which can get me back later
Doctor :   Nothing to be concerned about since its a stray episode but how ever if it reccurs it will requireevaluation..

User :   I dont really take any kind of drug unless necessary so I dont know my drugs too well
