Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   May I know, how long ago was this bleeding episode that you had?
User :   the beginning of this month
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   There are 3 possible explanations to the current bleeding that you had
Doctor :   1. mild bleeding episodes can occur during early weeks of pregnancy
Doctor :   and they are quite normal.
Doctor :   Hence the bleeding that you had may be normal.
Doctor :   2. The pregnancy test that you had was false, unless it was confirmed by an ultrasound scan
Doctor :   and the bleeding that you had was a normal period
Doctor :   3. Lastly, because you had cramping pain along with the bleed, there is a possibility, that you may have had an abortion.
Doctor :   These are 3 likely possibility, that I can think of, based on your description.
Doctor :   My suggestions to you are
Doctor :   1. Get a repeat pregnancy test done now.
Doctor :   if the are positive, then
Doctor :   consult your gynaecologist and
Doctor :   get an ultrasound test done to confirm and make sure that the fetus is healthy
Doctor :   2. If they are negative, then again
Doctor :   you will need a gynaec examination(per vaginal/ per speculum examination) to look for possible evidence of abortion.
Doctor :   Further steps will be necessary, if there are evidence of abortion.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes i follow you
User :   another question
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
Doctor :   Please proceed with your query.
User :   how will i know if i've had a miscarriage
Doctor :   If your pregnancy test shows weakly positive,
Doctor :   that can be an indication that you may had a miscarriage
Doctor :   The gynaecological examination will be the conclusive evidence, if the pregnancy test come negative (or weakly positive)
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes i follow you
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   is cramping normal all the time during pregnancy?
Doctor :   Cramping can occur during pregnancy, and so are minor bleeding.
Doctor :   They are normal during early weeks of pregnancy.
Doctor :   However, its absolutely necessary, that one watches closely for symptoms of miscarriage
Doctor :   as they can also indicate miscarriage, especially if your symptoms are severe
Doctor :   and if the bleeding is severe
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
