User :   Well Dr., I'm not sure if I actuallly require help or not... But I'm starting to loose my nerve with things
User :   Hard to fall asleep at nights,

User :   yeaht he last part I agree.... but doing yoga and meditation.... I don't ever see that happening :)

Doctor :   You can involve in outdoor activity like Jogging/ workouts and sports so that you get diverted from stress
User :   Life took some really drastic changes... and its been hard for me to cope with it till now.... and plus things i keep finiding out that adds to this whole issue....
