I'm 20 years old..i have something to ask..after i cough i have a tickle in my left side chest..with a little pain...what should i do??it makes me nervous..and i have a night cough only.. every time i'm going to sleep in evening i have a cough...please help me thanks.

Doctor :   what other symptoms do you have?

User :   difficulty breathing at night
Doctor :   is there any wheezing like sound associated when you breathe?
User :   yes every time when i'm wake up in morning..sometimes when i'm already sleeping
Doctor :   i recommend you to get examined by your physician, who will do a chest examination and a possible chest x-ray to see if there is any infection in your left lung
Doctor :   and if any infection is found, then treatment has to be started with antibiotics
Doctor :   change your bed spreads and pillow covers daily, sometimes due to dust also these symptoms can occur.
Doctor :   so see if by regularly changing them, your symptoms can be made better
