User :   It's like whenever I am exposed to dust it happens, I have taken several medicines but so far no cure
Doctor :   You seem to be suffering from a condition called allergic rhinitis which is a condition which cannot be permanently cured and the best way for this is prevention

Doctor :   You need to take care to not expose yourself to dust and keep away from such environment
User :   Does it mean that I need to completely avoid dust, which seems very difficult to do so
Doctor :   Also wear a helmet and mask while driving / riding to cover your face
Doctor :   Keep your home free from dust always
User :   Do medicines like Vicks help, because sometimes when I apply it on my nose, the night breathing becomes difficult.
Doctor :   Vacuum your home often to prevent dust from accumulated areas like sofas and hidden areas
User :   Yes, will do.
Doctor :   You can use some antihistamine tablets whenever you have the condition for relief of your symptoms but these will have to be prescribed to you as these are prescription drugs
User :   They were and I am using Asthalin Rotocap
Doctor :   You can also do steam inhalation which is a very good way of clearing your airways and it really helps but do it only with water without adding any balm

Doctor :   You were using Asthalin for what, are you suffering from asthma
User :   No, for this dust allergy only they gave this to use, it is like tablet not the other one
Doctor :   You may not need to use and if you take proper precautions
Doctor :   I would also recommended a complete ENT examintion to rule out conditions like DNS, chronic sinusitis etc
User :   Now I have stopped using it as I believed I was getting better, but sometimes this cold becomes too much and I take it only when I do not feel comfortable breathing
