i participated in mutual masterbation with a hiv infected female, there was no touching of each other and no oral, sex in vagina or anus, but am wondering when we had finished she handed me a baby wipe to clean my, my question is could you catch hiv from vaginal fluid on the hand get on to the baby wipe then on to my pennis when i cleaned myself, could i be infected?sorry for my ignorance on the subject
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   I am Dr
Doctor :   It is good question
Doctor :   HIV virus can not be tranmitted by baby wipes
Doctor :   And there is no possibility of transmitting the virus frim wife to penis
Doctor :   In conclusion you have no chances of transmitting HIV
User :   doc thanks for your response to the question as i said i do appologise for my ignorance
Doctor :   No dude
Doctor :   U have a goood Q
Doctor :   But I want to ask few Qs
User :   go ahead
Doctor :   Do you the lady have before you touch her
Doctor :   Do you know the lady have before you touch her
User :   sorry i don't understand what you wrote did you mean did i know she had hiv
Doctor :   Do you know the lady had HIV before you masturbation
User :   yes, have know her for a long time and descided that sex of any kind would be too dangerious for me so though mutall masterbation would be safe
Doctor :   Alright
Doctor :   can I ask u 1 Q
Doctor :   did she touch her vagina
Doctor :   did u touch her vagina
User :   yes
Doctor :   so u toucher her vagina
User :   sorry i answered yes to her touching her vagina, i didn't touch her vagina
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   there is no chance for infection
User :   may i ask a follow up question, i know you must get this all the time
Doctor :   vaginal fluid >napkin>hands> penis route is >> highly highly impossible route
Doctor :   go ahead
Doctor :   but please be careful
Doctor :   you are handling with the virus
User :   i really don't know much about hiv and promise to arm myself better for future with knowledge to stop any chances of being silly,
Doctor :   you should feel like a like a doctor handling fluids
Doctor :   Tell her not to touch her vaginal secretions
Doctor :   please ask again
User :   if she had vaginal fluid on her hand then touched the baby wipe, that would mean the virus was on the baby wipe which i then put around my pennis how is this not a chance for infection, does it have to do eith virall loads and the amount of fluid for transmission
Doctor :   good Q
Doctor :   first thing viris sticks to the mucousa
Doctor :   this needs enough time
Doctor :   ofcourse number of virus in fluid also count
Doctor :   but assuming therer are same number of virus in fluid in side the vagina and and in the napkin
Doctor :   still the virus can not cause infection because the virus is dead out side the body
Doctor :   it needs live fluids
Doctor :   it lives in side the cells
Doctor :   but these are only possibilities
Doctor :   but on the other hand there is also possibility iof infection but really that very rare
User :   would i need to think about taking the anti hiv drug as a precaution
Doctor :   i dont suggest
User :   can the virus be watered down i.e for the perfummed liquid on the wipe
Doctor :   I am giving my opinion
Doctor :   i did not get it
User :   i was tested for hiv last month with other stds, which came back negative as a routine yearly check, would surgest getting another check done asap
Doctor :   if u feel u r at risk u can get HIVELISA after 3 months from now
User :   in your oppinion, now i know you can't possible diagnoise in this fashion but would you say the chances of hiv transmission is 0
User :   what i am basically asking is it like a theroticall risk i.e 1 in million
Doctor :   yes i can say it is zero
Doctor :   Thank you for consuklting
User :   doc i not gonna keep going on, you have been really helpfull thank you
