User :   sir I have this neck pain for quite some time and wanted to check if is a spondylitis

Doctor :   Spondylitis - has to be diagnosed after doing an Xray, and seeing the changes on it
User :   this neck pain is there for last one month . tried changing pillows and using moov sparys but is not going off
Doctor :   can u describe the pain,
Doctor :   does that disturb ur sleep
User :   it is in the bcak side of the neck and on the back of the head towrds left side .
User :   no it is not that severe while sleeping but is there in the morning when i wake up
User :   will sudue during the course of the day
Doctor :   then i dont think its spondylitis, as this pain persists and causes sleep problems due to pain
Doctor :   have you been examined by a doc, for this issues lately?
User :   no sir
Doctor :   do u have any sensory problems in the neck or upper arm ?
Doctor :   also, do u have any weakness, in the arms?
Doctor :   for the pain, try some ibuprofen for the time being
Doctor :   400mg daily once or twice will do
User :   yes right arm has a mild pain i did bot understand what sensory problems means
Doctor :   sensory disturbances - like feeling numb, electric like sensation, pins& needles , etc
