Doctor:If you have no headache now, why do you want to try another medicine?
User:and also she said it may convert to migrane, i am scared
Doctor:Migraine and sinusitis are totally different condition.
Doctor:I do not see any logic in treating a condition when you do not have symptoms at all.
Doctor:I think you should be wise to take such decisions.
Doctor:Do you have any other questions?
User:i am scared, without my notice it would turn to something else
Doctor:You can explore the cause and treatment when you develop symptoms.
Doctor:Headache is not a condition where we need to think of early diagnosis / screening like cancer.
Doctor:It can happen to any one at any particular point of time.
Doctor:you need to think of treating and curing it if its happening every day.
Doctor:Hope I am clear.
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:thank you very much doctor, have a good day
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
