User :   I have two problems, both are related to stomach. First is I have slow Bowel Movement and second is intestinal gas

User :   arr you there ?

User :   Occupation = IT engineer
User :   DIet is Home cooked food. I take oat / cornflex in breakfast
User :   I take 3 Roti, Dal and vegetables in Lunch
User :   I take chat / south indian snacks in the evening
User :   I take lunch at 10:30PM
User :   and I take 2 Rotis and one vegatables in teh dinner

Doctor :   How is your bowel movements per day?
User :   I do exercise 3 times in a week
Doctor :   What is the consistency of the stool?
Doctor :   Do you have pain during stool or relief of the pain after stool?
User :   Bowel movements is very slow, I have to go three times between 6AM to 9AM
User :   consistency is thick
User :   No pain / relief after stool
Doctor :   I think you should restrict the intake of carbohydrates
Doctor :   Start with avoiding single type of vegetables or grains and check if this help in relief from gas
User :   ok, Will do eliminate one vegetables and try , is that you are asking

Doctor :   Also get tested with stool microscopy and reducing substances
Doctor :   The common reasons gas is swallowing large amounts of air (aerophagia) are gulping food or drink too rapidly, anxiety, and carbonated beverages. So avoid them

User :   ok, you said restrick the intake of cobohydrates, whish food should I avoid

Doctor :   Potatoes, corn, noodles, and wheat produce gas
Doctor :   rice does not
Doctor :   Soluble fiber (found in oat Apeas and other legumes, beans, and most fruit) also causes gas.

Doctor :   then next is lactose intolerance, there you should avoid milk and milk products
User :   I take tea four times in a day
User :   Is tea also can cause ???
Doctor :   Take milk free tea
Doctor :   liek green tea, lemon tea etc without milk
Doctor :   check if it helps
User :   ok, will restricts corbohydrate and Take tea w/o milk, will try , Shoudl two weeks enough to try and observe result
