Doctor :   2. also do not drive two wheelers for long distance
Doctor :   3. make sure the posture in which you sleep is also right
Doctor :   4. avoid coffee, tea in excess, take in moderation

Doctor :   6. to be safrer I would advice routine blood and urine tests ,ECG of the heart and a lipid profile to check your cholesterol
