User:Need to confirm that few tablets can be used after pregnancy for my wife

User:For pain killing they gave few tablets Panzed –Tablet Metrogyl 400 – Brufen 400 Meditax 200
User:Panzed –Tablet Metrogyl 400 – Brufen 400 Meditax 200
Doctor:who gave these tablets
User:For initial 3 days only
User:Since my wife is having still pain,
User:Wether she can take only Brufen 400 alone...
User:Will it cause any side effects

User:Are she need to take any other tablet along with brufen
