User :   doctor i did a preg test today afternoon and i am confused with the results: the T strip is faint pink in color then is my pregnancy positive

Doctor :   What is the color on the test?
User :   C strip - dark pink T line - midly faint pink
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   How many days has it been since missed periods?
User :   42 days and i already have a one year old daughter

Doctor :   Is it the first test your doing in 42 days?
User :   no this is teh second test. in the first test done 4 days back the T line was purple and clearly visible but in the second test done in the eveninig it is faint. hence we are confused. in case of our first baby the results were clear and consistent

Doctor :   It 42 days since last period or 42 since missed period?
User :   since last period ( 22 may was teh last time when i had a period)

Doctor :   You can repeat the test after 72 hours for confirm or rule out pregnancy.
User :   ok doctor i will do the same by the way should the preg test be carried out always in the morning when the urine passes out for the first time

Doctor :   Or after holding the urine for more than 3 to 4 hours.
Doctor :   In the bladder.
User :   ok thanks doctor i will do the test in the morning as a good practice
