User :   about three weeks ago I started getting a rash all over my body, first on my right had just a few bumps, now on both of my arms mostly at the inside elbow. on my left torso and on my ass

User :   I have always had bad eczama on my upper back so I thought it was just spreading this year
User :   but I am concerned it could be something worse

User :   the eczama is easy to control with good moisurizer, I dont use anything perspcription for it

User :   moisturiser seems to ease the itching all over my body but bumps are still there

User :   could it be an STD? have had no discharge or anything from my penis
