Doctor :   Is it her first pregnancy?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   11kgs weight gain is fine, ideally they say it should be not more than 12kgs. but till 14-15kgs it is fine.
Doctor :   Nothing to worry.
User :   should she eat a lot of meat
User :   protein diet or something?
Doctor :   The fetus or the baby puts on maximum amount of weight in the last two months and hence will do so in the last 4 weeks ahead.
Doctor :   4. She can take a lot of egg white, chicken, fish ( especially smaller ones) as they have lot of proteins and less fats.
User :   just egg white is enough?
Doctor :   5. She also has to take lot of legumes, beans & green leafy vegetables...
Doctor :   egg white is pure protein while egg yellow is fat and protein.
User :   she hates the yellow part
Doctor :   How is her hemoglobin level?
User :   this is good news
User :   her blood results are fine
Doctor :   Yeah , that'll double help her then.
User :   in the beginning another doctor said she had protein S problem

User :   but than they said it is not
User :   we had a bleeding at 6th week
User :   and it lasted in 11th
User :   our first doc were suspiscious of protein S deficiency
User :   but the current doc said it is not
Doctor :   Ok, so if they ruled out, so I think nothing to worry.
