User :   Is there any health difference between sleeping for one period of 12 hours to sleeping two periods of 6 hours (within 48 hours) as is traditional?

Doctor :   Let me explain to you that every living being as a Biological clock from the time of conception and is called as Circadian Rythm.
Doctor :   And every individual has to take note of this and follow the natural sleeping period of 6-7 hrs a day rather than 12 hrs in two days.
