User :   I feel absolutely drained all the time, I got cold sores on both corners of my mouth (which i never got on before), i have lost feeling in the tip of my tongue and sometimes i get very light headed

User :   a have used abrevia and put hydrogen peroxide and neosporin on the cold sores, but they are still there have been for 3 weeks
