Doctor :
in case the pregnancy is recent below 12 weeks gestation, she can consult her gynacologist

and opt for abortion
Doctor :
but even otherwise if she is
User :   ok
Doctor :
healthy with adequate blood levels she can
Doctor :
opt to even continue the pregnancy
User :   ok
Doctor :
as the added advantage will be there that both children can grwo up together
Doctor :
and she will not have to think of g=agin going through same ordeal with one elder kid to see for shcoll work etc
Doctor :
the decision will be yours what you want to do
Doctor :
but first get the test done.
User :   i wana go with one Kid:)
Doctor :   sure, then you can get the test done and then decide along with her
User :   sure
Doctor :
and also if you do not want another child
Doctor :
then i will suggest you to folllow some contraceptive methods
Doctor :
such that you dont put your wife to the risk of repeat pregnancy
User :   what type of contaraceptive methods i only know use condom
User :   what are the other option we have as contraceptive pills
Doctor :
the ususal contraceptive pills will be contraindicated in her as she is breast feeding
Doctor :
so you are left with option of thre things
Doctor :
1)condoms, 2) progesterone pills that can be taken by lactating ,others, 3) coper-T insertion for your wife
Doctor :
out of these 3
Doctor :
Copper-T insertion gives the best result with 0.1% risk of pregnancy
Doctor :
others have atleast 5-10% risk of pregnancy resulting from while on use.
User :   ok
Doctor :
now she is almost 6 months postpartum, so she can go for copper-T insertion safely
Doctor :
she will only need a routine physical examination
Doctor :
and get it inserted by her gynacologist
User :   ok
Doctor :
now the recent Copppet-T is more advanced with minimal complication rates
Doctor :
and can be kept withing for almost 9 years
User :   cool
User :   do you have any knowledge of good gyane in east delhi
User :   and good physician
