User :   I have a small problem. I tend to get cold and cough at a very high frequency

User :   once in 5-6 weeks

User :   sometimes with fever other times with throat irritation

User :   no head ache but sneezing is quite high

User :   as a kid i used to have mild asthama and frequent bouts of cold.

User :   no i dont smke... also how do i learn breathing exercises
