User :   I was wondering if I could receive some advice, preferably from a urologist.
I am an eighteen year old male in college. I am concerned about my uncircumcised penis. I have never received instruction on how to care for it, and thus, since it has never been an issue, I have never really payed close attention. However, in regard to becoming sexually active in my relationship with my girlfriend, I have become concerned regarding several issues. My penis has a large foreskin, to the point that the head is completely covered both erect and non-erect, and there is a tip. In the shower, when I pull back my foreskin, it comes off relatively tough, with no pain. However, when the skin is pulled back, the head of the penis is relatively white at the tip and is blue at the rims. As time proceeds, the head becomes increasingly red. I believe this is due to the fact that the foreskin is suffocating the head. In addition, any contact with the head brings enormous pain. I am able to masturbate and experience an orgasm when the foreskin is not pulled back, however I am afraid to masturbate with the foreskin off due to fear of pain. In addition, once the skin is pulled back, it is somewhat tough to put back over the head of the penis.I have read several Q&A surveys online, and a person with similar symptoms as mine was advised to keep the foreskin on during sex; that it would only increase pleasure. However, I would like to hear a professional opinion.Thank you for your time.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Let me read
User :   Ofcourse
Doctor :   During the act of sex the foreskin should go back
Doctor :   and there will be no problem while masturbating with the foreskin on
Doctor :   but during the act the foreskin will definitely cause discomfort if it does not go back
User :   Could you please advise a course of action? When I pull back the foreskin, the head is extremely sensitive, and the slightest touch promotes pain. Would you think this can be cured with a simple cream, or is this a matter to go to a professional with?
Doctor :   when you pull back the tight rim of the foreskin is constricting and causing congestion of the head
Doctor :   no cream will help you
Doctor :   the tight rim needs to be released
Doctor :   circumscion is the best option and a one time solution for all the problems you are facing now
Doctor :   not to panic
User :   haha
Doctor :   corcumscion has more advantage than disadvantage
Doctor :   it is a simple half hour procedure
Doctor :   it is know to protect men from penile cancer and also to some extent warts
Doctor :   also the infections of urinary tract , balanitis are rare among circumscied males
User :   I am concerned about the pain. The foreskin may release the pressure from the head, however will the pain remain?
Doctor :   it will diasppear
Doctor :   the pain is because of the congestion caused by the constriction by the rim
User :   Thank you very much
