Doctor :   1. First totally abstain from cool/cold products like ice-cream, drinks, curds,yogurts or milk shakes.
User :   yeah stopped past 3 months
Doctor :   2. Don't get exposed to cold weather in winter especially.

Doctor :   That is nice , will surely help in the healing process.
Doctor :   Do you have pain specifically when you swallow food ?
User :   and more thing daily i ll not get cough

Doctor :   3. The third and most important thing is such long term cough is seen in tosillitis or adenitis.
Doctor :   So you need to be seen by an E.N.T. if at all there is anything of that sort.
User :   one more thing while coughing if i gargle hot water it will stop
Doctor :   4. Before you sleep, I would like to advise with the following things which yiou can try for one week and if not then go to an E.N.T.
Doctor :   4.A. Inhalation of Karvol plus in hot water before going to bed.
User :   ok
Doctor :   4.B. Warm water with salt, Warm water with listerine gargling before going to bed.
User :   both i should do?
Doctor :   4.C. Finish dinner by max. 8pm and before you go to bed have some brisk exercise.

Doctor :   4.D. Have hot milk with pepper just before you go to bed.
Doctor :   4.E. Take Grillinctus syrup 4 spoons daily four times a day additionally.
Doctor :   If you are already using an Anti-histaminic please continue to use it.
User :   No,currently am not using any medicines
Doctor :   4.F. Also do take daily one cetrizine tab. for one week every evening.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed.
User :   one more thing i forgot to tell
Doctor :   Lets see for one week , if not you have to visit an E.N.T.
Doctor :   Yes , please go on.
User :   some times especially mid nite and early mrng badly i ll get cough ,

Doctor :   A gastric is most unlikely as you tend to aspirate fluid into your respiratory system.

Doctor :   So please follow the treatment protocol, if it persists than might be you have to go for an E.N.T for suspected Sinusitis or Eosinophilia or Tonsiltis or Adenitis.
User :   sure i ll follow and let u know the result after one week

User :   Sinusitis or Eosinophilia or Tonsiltis or Adenitis
User :   wat does it mean
Doctor :   They are not very complicated ones -- Sinusitis means Infection or Inflammation of nasal sinuses, Tonsillitis - Infection or Inflammation of Tonsils , Adenitis - Infection or Inflammation of Adenoids or lymph glands in the throat.
Doctor :   Eosinophilia is a rise in Eosinophilic count in allergic or chronic infections inthe blood.
User :   ohh
Doctor :   So not to worry , if you ca get a CBC done this week, would be very helpful in the diagnosis as well.
