User :   the last time when i was discussing with you the link might have got lost
User :   in continuation to the last discussion, keep getting frequent backaches..
User :   hence wanted to meet up with the doc so that could get some physiotheraphy done

User :   okie..thkx...also while i get up in the morning invariably i experience pain behind my neck

User :   i don't know if this has got to do with sleeping posture though my pillow is reasonably think

User :   i have met up with the doctor in who has suggested nothing major has happened and advised me to do exercise..

User :   actually i had this problem during 2005 when i had faced muscle spam and that time i happened to be in mumbai who had insisted me to do physiotheraphy

User :   to clear the muscle spasm
User :   yes i took x-ray both in bangalore and mumbai

User :   and there it talks abt mild spondolysis

User :   right now nothing..though i have cholesterol history hence taking some medication on that (Rosuvas 5mg and Resvita - 1 daily after dinner)

User :   nope...but i can bring it tomorrow to office if you need

User :   not really besides this wrigglin pain and leaves me completely exhausted and frustrated
User :   unable todo any work post the back it leads to pain in the neck and then it translates to headaches...

User :   i guess the scan which i took in bangalore had the CT scan of neck
User :   in that itself it was known abt spondolysis in the neck
