User:My son is 1yr 3 months
User:he is getting loose motion
User:I took him to hospital
User:They advised to give Z&D Drops 1ml daily
User:I am giving it from past 2 days
User:and i am also giving him ORS
User:It is not stopped yet
Doctor:Ok. I need to know a little more details.
User:Should i take him to hospital or should i continue the medication
Doctor:Since when he is having loose motion?
Doctor:How many times a day does he pass motion?
User:After having food
User:but yesterday
User:twice he passed very watery little
User:and third time more he passed
User:within 1 hr
Doctor:Does he cry while passing motion?
Doctor:Is there any blood in the motion?
User:no blood in motion
Doctor:How is your son otherwise? Is he playing well? Having food normally? Is he active as usual?
User:he is getting very tired
User:but playing
Doctor:Did he have fever?
User:he looks very week
User:no fever
Doctor:Is he passing urine noramlly as before?
User:I didnt check, but yesterday after passing motion he passed urine very yellowish
Doctor:Ok. He may be having a slight dehydration.
Doctor:I would suggest you few things.
Doctor:1. Please continue giving him ORS.
Doctor:2. Z&D also can be continued
Doctor:3. You can include Syp. Nutrolin B for his treatment.
Doctor:2ml twice daily can be given.
Doctor:Are you following?
Doctor:4. If tiredness is increasing, or if urine output is decreased you will have to take him to the hospital.
