Doctor:How can I help you?
User:proble is for mu child of age 3+
User:nery frequently she suffer from cold
User:followed by fever
User:and the cold will stay for 10-15 days
User:and she suffer evevry month
User:we have visited many doctors
User:finally now we are using inhaler kind of medicine
User:but still cold attcks her frequently

Doctor:Do you mean nasal congestion or breathing issues?
User:she will get continuous mucas
User:and sneezes
User:and she will vomit her food
User:she will feel very week and dull

User:but how to set that
Doctor:One of the reason being immature immune system.
Doctor:The body resistance of a child under 5 years is still under development and hence very frequently we see children suffering with repeated nasal and respiratory symptoms.
Doctor:But with time as the child grows, every child usually outgrow the symptoms.

Doctor:Avoid cold exposure and do not give her anything very cold and refrigerated diet.
Doctor:Keep her warm at most times and give her a healthy diet.
Doctor:By the time she reaches 5 years, most of her symptoms would have reduced and she would be able to grow well.
Doctor:What would be worrying now is if her activities and growth has been affected now.
Doctor:In simple terms if she is feeding well, is active, playing and mingling with other children well and growing well
