User:long back

Doctor:Initially you can give in small amount and see whether he tolerates it.
User:Bcoz our(bangalore) milk is adulterated mostly
Doctor:If there is no difficulty like loose motions, then you can give him one or two glass of milk daily.
User:Is there any side effects will it happen?
Doctor:Milk usually does not give any side effects.
User:Shall we use flavors into the milk like chocolate, bournvita etc.,
Doctor:But some children may not be able to digest the milk properly
Doctor:My suggestion would be, not to add anything with milk until we are sure that he digests it properly.
User:ok doctor
Doctor:Just note that,
Doctor:he is not having loose motions after taking milk.
Doctor:Are you following me?
User:ok doctor

Doctor:Are you following me?
Doctor:Hope I have answered your question.
Doctor:Is there anything else I could help you on?
User:the motion is solid
Doctor:Ok. Do you give him normal food as everyone is eating?
Doctor:There are certain things you can do to improve his stool.
User:food is morning idly(max 2) and afternoon rice(boiled with dal) and evening lactogen and night cerelac/rice and late night lactogen
Doctor:1. Include vegetables and fruits in his diet.
User:veg and fruits? can you name them specifically
Doctor:2. Give him enough water for drinking.
Doctor:Vegetables like spinach, cabbage, carrot, different salads etc.
Doctor:Fruits like oranges, papaya also helps.

User:yes doctor
User:and also for easy digestion what will you suggest doctor
User:he makes kind of vomitting while eating
User:hw to overcome this
Doctor:Fruits and vegetables will help in digestion.
Doctor:I understand.
Doctor:Is he chewing well?
User:he tries but he swallows mostly
Doctor:Ok. The nausea he is having may be due to improper chewing.
Doctor:When he tries to swallow food, it makes him to nauseate or vomit.
Doctor:Dont worry.
User:still his jaw teeth has to come
Doctor:It gets normal with time.
Doctor:That is fine.
Doctor:Children chew with their gums.
User:what makes is all the food what he has taken in comes out altogether at once
Doctor:You will have to train him to eat normal food as adults eat.
Doctor:So you are saying that, he nauseate while eating and then after giving food he vomits everything what has been given. Right?
Doctor:Ok. You can do the following which will improve the child's food intake.
Doctor:1. Give him small meals every 2-3 hours rather than giving large meals 3 tiimes a day.
Doctor:2. Give him time to have it slowly, so that he gets trained to chew and then swallow.
Doctor:It is normal that many kids take time to train themselves for eating habits.
Doctor:Hope I have relieved you of your concerns.
Doctor:Is there anything else I could help you on?
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Have a nice day.
User:thanks and bye doctor
Doctor:Bye for now.
