User:I want to speak to a Paedetrician
Doctor:How are you?
User:Im doing good thanks
Doctor:I am a general physician and I am sure I'll be able to help you
User:My daughter has got mouth ulcers, she is 3 years ol
Doctor:If you dont feel satisfied or if I feel you need specialist care, i'll discuss your case with a pediatrician and get back to you
Doctor:Does she have any fruits or vegetables?
User:she eats both fruits n vegetables
User:im not sure why she got ulcers
Doctor:do her teeth look fine or there is an issue with the alignment
User:i dont think its coz of teeth bites
User:ulcers are on her tongue as well as parts of mouth
Doctor:how many fruits and vegetable servings does she take in a day?
User:maybe once or twice for fruits
User:and same for vegetables
Doctor:Has she had them before
User:twice a day for both
User:she has been eating fruits n vegetables since the beginning
Doctor:i was asking about the ulcers?
User:oh ok
User:no this is the first time
User:she has also got fever coz of that
Doctor:Then I would suggest that you see a physician
Doctor:This can be due to Herpes or another viral infection
Doctor:she would need an examination and probably an anti-viral drug like acyclovir
Doctor:taking a vitamin B complex or zinc supplement will not help here
User:even in the mouth one can have herpes?
Doctor:its usually on the lips and the inner lining of the lips
Doctor:but other viruses can cause such issues
Doctor:she would need crocin syrup at the dose of 15 mg/kg
Doctor:if she just have the ulcers on the tongue
Doctor:then acyclovir will not be required and the ulcers will clear up in a week
Doctor:till then you can use Smyle gel for pain relief
User:so u suggest getting the ulcers examined?
Doctor:because she has fever
User:ok understand
Doctor:its possibly a viral infection and I would want the physician to look for a rash as well
User:I will see the paedetrician, wont that be better
Doctor:is there anything else I can help you with?
Doctor:are you there
Doctor:I have to close this window since you're not responding.
