Doctor:Is your child having wheezing too?
User:I think my daughter is not haing such breathing difficulities... but in night specialy... she face a bit difficlut in breathing... and in day time its running nose
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Cold and cough is a very common condition / symptoms in an infant.
Doctor:What is important is whether your daughter also gets other symptoms like fever, wheezing, chest indrawing, becoming inactive, having problems with feeding, etc.
Doctor:Since she doesn't have any other symptoms, her symptoms seems more likely to be allergy related.
Doctor:Such allergic conditions usually improve with time.
Doctor:You are requested to watch for these symptoms...
Doctor:Since you do not find wheezing, nebulizers would not be needed.
Doctor:I suggest you to keep your child warm and covered. Give her nothing other than breast feeds.
Doctor:If cold and nasal congestion is severe, nasal congestants such as nasovion XXXXXXX can be helpful.
Doctor:You can get these prescribed from your pediatrician.
Doctor:Her symptoms will improve with time, you need not be worried.
Doctor:have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any question?
User:no... i think i got my answer
User:thanks a lot
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
