User:my daughter 5 years old is having fever
User:The temp is currently above 104 degrees
User:we have given crocin, but temp not coming down
Doctor:How much of crocin has been given ?
User:5ml now
User:gave 8 ml around 4 hours back (11 pm)
User:we are also trying to put wet cloth on her forehead to bring the temp down
Doctor:Ok you can give 5 ml every 4 hours along with tepid sponging
Doctor:thats good
User:shud we try to give someother medicine
Doctor:If the temperature is not coming with the above efforts then he may be needing paracetamol Onjections
User:how long do we monitor and seek medical assistance

Doctor:avoid loading stomach with food as there are risks of vomiting which can lead to aspiration some times
