User :   hello i been havin chest pains for about 5 days believe to be related to gas

User :   i went to ER 2 days ago thinkin something wrong with my heart everything turned out fine so seems to be gas as the pain goes from one side of chest to the other
User :   sumtimes i get it in my back i been burppin and passing gas alot

User :   but now last night seems like my chest has relieved quite a bit and i have sum pain on my head on the right side feels like air
