User :   how do i control my anxiety ..i keep gettign it back and every time i do i feel liek im havinga heart attack i had about 5 ecg blood work and chest xrays in teh past year n half all come back normal ...bu t i still get chest pain if i do something and it bothers me is this anxiety

User :   evrey time i get a lil twinge or a different feeling i think its heart and im in the er gettign checked

User :   but after i had this last one 3 wks ago i went to push lawnmower iand i got a twinge and it started all over again the worrying and feeling tht is my heart
