The pain probably is muscular pain.

so avoid gym for the next 2 to 3 days

Try hot water bags on the affected region if the pain is severe.

Please proceed.

And please fill the feed back form and say when done.

ok
User :   i was on cipro for a couple of days then went on doxycycline and alot of painkillers for 2 weeks my inflamation went down and alot of the pain went down but i still have a bit of pain they feel sensitive
Doctor :   The inflammation probably has not completely resolved then.

Doctor :
though the infection must have been treated.
Doctor :
You could continue with the pain killers with antacids along side for another week.
User :   yea because my right testicle does hang lower than it use to and my left one is also sensitive too for some reason
Doctor :
You must feel better after that.
User :   i was on pain killers for almost 4 weeks tho
Doctor :
The pain killer will help in reducing the pain.
Doctor :
But it is not compulsary.
Doctor :
If the infection is controlled the inflammation usually comes down on its own.
User :   wow but its been so long though
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   if the pain is severe then i would recommend an examination by a surgeon.
Doctor :   to comletely rule the possibility of persisting infection/inflammation.
User :   no its not severe
User :   but its still there i feel it at times
Doctor :   Then you can probably wait for another 3 to 5 days .
Doctor :
if the pain persists then get the examination done.
User :   ok
