Hello Doctor, I would need your suggestion

Since last few days I am facing chest pain
it was there since a few months
but now its more
specifically left side
so I am little bit tensed
Last year I had a health check
and was diagnosed with high cholesterol
but that health check was a reguar check
Is the chest pain specifically associated with exertion or stress?
and not becasue of the chest pain
even it happens early in the morning
and I feel very tired always nowadays
How old are you ?
I am 32
Was an ECG done for you earlier?
yeah.. at the time of health check which was in Aug 2011.
and everything was ok in that
Do you have any family history of heart disease?
the pain is irritating and sometimes I get angry because of the pain
Given your clinical condition, it is extremely unlikely that you have heart disease
It is most likely stress related
But to be on the safer side, I want an ECG to be done and a treadmill test to be done
ok, but I feel the pain even in the morning when I am not stressed at all.
and for now do you suggest to see any doctor or could you suggest some medicine?
You would need an ECG and preferably a treadmill test also
But the ECG needs to be done first
as far as the pain in the morning is concerned, it can be due to stress as well
But here heart disease is also a possibility , thats why I want a ECG
ok, Thank you doctor. I will do these testes and probably see a doctor by this weekend. Do you think doing some excersize would be helpful in this case? or if I should get my cholesterol checked once againa s it was little higer last year if that is causing some problem?
I dont want to take any stress or do any exercise till we know the cause of the chest pain
