Doctor :
Do yuou have the pain when you press with a finger on the location/
User :   yes
User :   buts its same pain i get on the otherside of my chest
Doctor :   Ok it means you have tenderness
Doctor :
which represents a muscular or tendon pain
User :   ok
Doctor :
This could be perichondritis or costochondritis
Doctor :
The nature of apin or the cause is unknown
User :   ok
Doctor :   It takes few days to reduce the pain
Doctor :
and it is on its own
Doctor :
The pain is very sporadic and can be treated only symptomatically
User :   but it has gone and has come back again
Doctor :
Yes
Doctor :
It keeps recurring
Doctor :
I hope you are not hurt on the chest?
User :   o
User :   no

Do you feel the pain is moving from that place to other areas like sideways or at the back of the chest
User :   no
User :   no
Doctor :
Ok I hope there is no swelling or redness in that area
User :   not at all
Doctor :
You can continue on the the Nexpro and
Doctor :
when you have the pain again apply COMBIFLAM cream ( not the tablet) over the area
User :   but in costochondritis, you get a pain when u do a activity but this not in my case
Doctor :
Not necessarily
Doctor :
It increases the pain but may not start the pain
User :   ok
User :   i had done a test some time ago where doctor said the levels of urci acid are high

Do you hae problems in the joints esp great toe joint

I do not it should raise a suspicion?
User :   ok
User :   she asked me to decrease my redmeat intake, which i did.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
That is fine then
Doctor :   I do not see any thing worrisome in you

User :   ok
Doctor :
If you have doubts about the uric acid levles
Doctor :
then mail me the report at YYYY@YYYY
Doctor :
try applying the COMBIFLAM cream and check if it is relieving the pain or not
Doctor :
If not it shoiuld be again investigated
User :   ok
Doctor :
NEXPRO tablets
User :   recenetly i have started a 30 minutes walk
User :   should i continue that
Doctor :
Yes you can continue on that
User :   another help
User :   i am buying a treadmill
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
Good
User :   i am confused between a treadmill and a Elliptical Trainer
User :   which is more effective
Doctor :
Both are aerobic exercise producers
Doctor :
As long as you are regular and can touch the time of 30 minutes
Doctor :
then both are effective
Doctor :
but the elliptical burns better calories put at same levle
User :   ok
User :   should i buy a elliptical or treadmill
User :   ?
Doctor :
Treadmill is better in my opinion
User :   ok
User :   is there a guide to help exercise for beginners
Doctor :
let me search and give you a link if possible
User :   okie
Doctor :   As my research shows, one should try to attain a specific time of 30 to 35 minutes to gather the best health benefits , 5 days a week
Doctor :
The time should be majorily spent on aerobic exercises
Doctor :
which include jog, brisk walk, run, swim, cycling etc
Doctor :
Once the time is reached, one can try to focus on the distance covered in that stipulated time
Doctor :
As the distance covered increases within the time, one can set a next goal of increasing the time limit
Doctor :
so does the health benefits
Doctor :
Hello are you following?
User :   yes i am here
Doctor :
Did you follow what I said
Doctor :
So try to achieve the time of more than 30 minutes to maximise the health benefitis
Doctor :
and then concentrate on the distance
Doctor :
when on Tread mill
User :   yep
User :   but u said 5 days week
Doctor :
Yes
User :   i thought all seven days needs to be exercised
Doctor :
30 minutes * 5 days a week
User :   why only 5 days
User :   ?
Doctor :
Do not do that
Doctor :
The exercise capacity increases when you take rest in a while
Doctor :
It is said that a person should exercise at 5 hours of moderate exercise per week
Doctor :
and 2 and half hours of severe exercise per week
Doctor :
to get the health enhancement benefits
User :   ok
Doctor :
If you work out on 7 days
Doctor :
You tend to drain out and chances of injury increase
User :   ok
Doctor :
So choose either moderate exercise or severe exercise acc to the time mentioned
Doctor :   Do not merge both

Doctor :
I suggest only the moderate activity
User :   but elliptical is more towards the cardio exercise ?
User :   yep, i can do only moderate as of now...
Doctor :
Any exercise that increases the heart rate is called a cardiac exercise
Doctor :
so do not be confused by all these terms
Doctor :
Just remember only an aerobiic exercise
Doctor :
Which are mentioned above
User :   yeah
User :   i will do those for sure
Doctor :   Ok , Consult me after a week after starting the exdercise program
Doctor :
I will be able to give you more inputs
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
Please fll the feedback form say done when done
Doctor :
Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :
Bye for now.
User :   bye
