User :   ive been getting slight pain in my upper chest.....since morning....
User :   can feel it more when i breathe....left hand-side

User :   no alcohol for the last 2.5 months...since i was recently detected with gout
User :   i'm anywyas undergoing treatment for gout and high SGPT/SGOT

User :   yes...mother and maternal grandfatehr had heart attacks

User :   slight heavy feeling on my left hand side...more pronounced when i take a deep breath...hurts a bit

User :   just wanted to check doctor...ive just visited a gastroentologist for my high SGPT/SGOt and have starter ecod as medication from today...cud that be a reason for the chest pain

User :   ive checked that actually during my gout tests and it was borderlien high...i'm anyways on medication and have a diet plan and plan to lose weight
