User :   i've been having chest pains on and off since friday. i wake up in the middle of the nite thinking i'm having a heart attack. more so comes on when i'm lying down but i was about to go lie down and go to sleep and my chest got tight. breast area is tender to touch. today i had a brief pain in my rt shoulder.
don't know if it's stress or my heart or GERD (which i've had) or what.
