User :   I am getting crazy

User :   monday morrning I had episode of short of breath and chest pain
User :   my friend called 911 and they took me to ER
User :   I am 35 yrs old
Doctor :   can u mention your weight, height and occupation please ?
User :   I used to smoke and quit last year
User :   6 feet 144 bound postgrdute dental student
Doctor :   so what are the problems u are facing now ?
User :   and in ER took chest x-ray and physical examination and they said every thing is normal
User :   3 hours later I went back to ER due to sever chest pain
User :   they did an other x ray and blood work they said not serious
User :   I had history of pneothoracic 2008

Doctor :   what was the treatment given ?
User :   no treatment just rest
User :   Tues eveing I had the same attact
User :   I went to an other ER
Doctor :   did u have wheezing , palpitations etc ?
User :   no wheezing
User :   but the Doctor requist Chest CT

User :   but I am scard having tumor
Doctor :   if the x ray is fine there is no need to worry
User :   but I red sometimes x ray can not detect tumors
Doctor :   but tumors can be seen as opacities on x rays
User :   today I am feeling tendreness over my ribcage
User :   and still I am feeling short of breath with movment
Doctor :   SO u have pain when you take a deep breath ?
User :   also the pain increaesd with movment

User :   I tried to search about lung cancer
Doctor :   at the age of 35, the chances of cancer or tumors is very less
Doctor :   and u need not bother too mcuh about this
Doctor :   also the presentaiton does not look like cancer as well

Doctor :   it seems that it could be inflammation of the chest wall
Doctor :   you can take rest for 2-4 days and you will be fine

User :   I am taking 800 mg advil every day
Doctor :   like ibuprofen for 3-4 days if u have not taken

Doctor :   yes it does look like chest wall inflammation as i said earlier

Doctor :   as difficulty to breath can arise due to pain arising on movemnt of the chest wall

User :   so why that doctor requit CT with contrast
Doctor :   he must have decided to rule out other causes ,, just in case
Doctor :   getting a CT done , gives a better idea in patients having prior pneumothorax , etc
User :   I am playinf sccor every saturday, but last weekend I left the game because of shot of breath
User :   I did not pay attention that time I thought just because I was tried
User :   Is there any relation
Doctor :   have u had any injury on and off the field ?
Doctor :   contact sports could have given u any injuries that could be presenting in this manner
User :   it a sccor and may have any kind of injuris
User :   I had injury the week before
Doctor :   where was the injury located ?
User :   I GOT an elbow in my chest
User :   But was not bad
User :   I did bather me at all
Doctor :   that could have been the cause, that presented later on
Doctor :   i would not bother about it anymore as it clearly appears to be due to post traumatic inflammation
Doctor :   it will subside within 2 weeks
User :   any way just I would like to sleep last night I have not sleep thinking about the cancer

User :   I red alot about it It may presented in very different manars

Doctor :   800mg 3 times a day for the initial 3-4 days
Doctor :   and 800 mg 2 times a day will be enough
