User:i have been having chest congestion and dry cough since last 3-4 days
Doctor:Ok. do you have fever too?
User:Pale XXXXXXX phelgum comes out only when i take steam or drink something hot. no no fever or body ache
User:there is wheezing and whistling sound as well as times while breathing
Doctor:do you have any chest pain or difficulty in breathing?

Doctor:There are a couple of things you need to do
User:i was asthamatic as a kid
Doctor:Are you taking any medication for the asthma presently?
User:no medicine for asthama now
User:while i carry my inhale and ventornil capsule
User:but thats SOS based
Doctor:First, you need to take steam atleast twice a day
User:plain water or with something in it?
Doctor:Secondly, you can take tablet cetrizine 10 mg once a day
Doctor:No, just plain water
Doctor:Thirdly, you need to keep your house very clean and change your pillow case everyday
Doctor:Next, you need to visit your physician
Doctor:I want to start two drugs for you
Doctor:Three actually
Doctor:One is fexofenadine, second is a terbinafine syrup and lastly, monteleukast
Doctor:But these are prescription drugs
Doctor:I cannot prescribe them without examining you
Doctor:The wheezing is occuring as the infection would have led to a worsening of the asthma
Doctor:If you take this treatment, you'll be fine in a week
Doctor:Its also important that you keep yourself warm
Doctor:And dont expose yourself to sudden temperature changes
