Moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma infiltrating in to muscle

User :   same biopsy sample examined on 17th April 2008 as "Gross: Received slide block for review labelled as 503/08
Microscopv : Sections studied are exhibiting infiltrating clusters, sheets and
islands of oval cells with moderate cytoplasm and hyperchromatic
nuclei showing course chromatin and intervening dense
Impression Features are consistent with Infiltrating squamous Cell
Carcinoma - Cervix"

Left Scl - Size decreased.
BP : 120/80 mmHg.
Pedal edema - Decreased.
Chest - Clear.
PIA: Soft, no Ascitis.

User :   passage is already done 2months and 3 weeks back

User :   3 weeks back an Urologist changed the tube of the passage ... from then she is getting frequent fever of 103 C temprature and vomitings
