User :   i am 21 yr old..about 48 kg..male..student..height 5'6''..single
Doctor :   You should take a high protein and high calorie diet
User :   any medicine requires?
Doctor :   No, take 2 glasses of whole milk per day with Proteinex powder
Doctor :   Take small meals as much as you can take
Doctor :   eat every 2-3 hours a day
Doctor :   Non-veg to b included daily. if you are non-vegetarian
Doctor :   If veg then paneer 3-4 times and include more of chana, rajmah , matki in your diet every day.
