User :   Hi I was at my friends house and her dog I was petting it and it bit me on my back. My shirt was on. My skin is just red and irritated its not bleeding. I asked her about it and she said it bit a little kid touching her once and the police came and it just doesnt like being touched but if it happened again it would be taken away. I asked her if her dog was vaccinated she said yes.
