User :   my son is 15, very athletic, healthy. 4 wks ago fainted at school during pig disection and dr. didn't suggest a ct scan though back of his was sore. he fell on concrete floor. Since Thurday last week he has had a sudden onset of anxiety, only stand up for minutes at a time, has not been to school. does not complain of headaches but does of dizziness and blurred vision. CT scan and EKG yesterday are good. He was up and around and much better today but is still dizzy and blurry when upright. he is trying to go to school tomorrow. Dr. says if not 100% in 48 hrs he should have labwork. Can't it be concussion??? Can you have concussion and it not show on CT????
