User :   she has got pain in her left breast
Doctor :   May i know her age?
User :   she is 31
User :   she is mother of 3 year old girl baby
Doctor :   Since when is she he having pain? Is there any swelling or lump in the area?
User :   when she did a self check, she is telling she feels a difference
Doctor :   Is the pain continuous or periodic?
User :   it has started recently
User :   around 2-3 weeks
User :   pain is not pains when something touches that area
Doctor :   Does it pain on pressing? Is there any discharge from it? Is the pain related to periods?
User :   it pans when discharge..
Doctor :   Is it the first time she is having the pain? Are her periods regular? Does she have any other problem?
User :   her last cycle was on 30th of last month
User :   Periods are regular
User :   she normally gets pain during the period time
User :   but it used to be there on both
User :   and it used to go after cycle

Doctor :   Pain in the breast can be due to various reasons as breast cyst, fibroadenoma(benign breast tumour), abscess, any infection etc.
User :   and she is feeling a kind of ;ump inside

User :   she never checked it seems
User :   as it was paining she checked
Doctor :   Is there any family history of breast diseases?
User :   nope
Doctor :   I mean in her family.

Doctor :   1)Ask her to take Tab Evion daily for about 15 days.
Doctor :   If the pain subsides with this it is fine and she can continue with it for few months.
User :   ok... if we need to see any doctor in person, which doctor we should meet, a physician or??
Doctor :   But if the pain increases or any discharge i s there then she need to get it examined and mayalso require a Mammogram.

Doctor :   Most breast pains are due to Fibroadenomas ans are not to be worried.
User :   is it ok to go to a general physician?
User :   ok.. actually she was worried whether it will lead to cancer
Doctor :   Yes you can go to general physician
Doctor :   Cancer does not come up suddenly. There has to be many other features as severe pain with most important discharge. present.

User :   what kind of dscharge normally comes?
User :   does it exactly looks like milk?
Doctor :   If any kind of discharge is there like pus or bloody or greenish or mushy then it is concern.
Doctor :   Also it may be foul smelling.
User :   is it possible that milk can come out after 1 year after she stopped feeding baby?

Doctor :   It can be due to any cyst formation inside which could be infected.

User :   in that case , the medicine suggested can be started right
Doctor :   Also sometimes Galactoceles are formed inside breast tissue when the lactation is stopped and these come up after sometime.

Doctor :   If that are there they need aspiration or can be treated by medications alone depending on the severity.

Doctor :   Galactoceles are single or multiple nodules that contain milk and are obstructed,
User :   she had difficulty in feeding from this breast immediatel after deliver
Doctor :   Anything that obstructs the duct of the breast during lactation may cause a galactocele. Most often, galactoceles occur at the end of breast-feeding when the milk is allowed to stagnate in the breast

User :   yes.. it had beeding as well

Doctor :   Yes this is common when mother is feeding for the first time. For this proper teaching is advised.
