User :   I sem to have recurring mouth ulcers? ny suggestions?;;
Doctor :   Have you had this problem for some time or is it something new?
User :   It is sporadic, in other words, I get is week at a time maybe once in 3 months,

User :   this episode is 5 day old; have had this off and on for over two/three years;
Doctor :   and do you have multiple ulcers at th same time or only one?

Doctor :   have you noticed any assocated sciation with your sleep pattern or work load?

User :   thre sseems some causal link with eating fried stuff or stress at work,
User :   for instane last week I was travlling in Japan wit long hours and limited sleep

User :   only lat two days ater I returned I used Smyle gel;;
User :   also y'day took vit B nd C ;;

Doctor :   usually it is caused by small biting traumas
Doctor :   to the mucosa of the mouth
Doctor :   i.e the inner lining of the mouth
Doctor :   another common cause is stress..but usually stres ulcers
Doctor :   are multiple
Doctor :   also vitamin you already know
Doctor :   now the problem is that since the ulcers are in the mouth
Doctor :   they get easily infected
Doctor :   due to food particles getting into it
Doctor :   i guess it is difficult for you to totally eradicte the problem
Doctor :   as in since you would be having work related stress at times and travelling etc

Doctor :   avoid spicy food and general irritants that will icrease the pain...thats common sens i guess
Doctor :   also to prevent infection

Doctor :   rinse your mouth with any antiseptic solution

Doctor :   i.e antiseptic mouth washes
Doctor :   you could use this gel called "Dologel"

Doctor :   if the pain is too much
Doctor :   there are some

Doctor :   antibiotic gels also which can be prescribed only after physical examination of the ulcer
Doctor :   i.e. if infected only
Doctor :   vitamins do take for a couplke of weeks
Doctor :   not just when the ulcer is on
