User :   I am a 40 yo male with tender groin and testicales, constant dull ache and swelling left breast,What could this be?

User :   started 2 days after groin
Doctor :   can you tell me what kind of pain you have ? is it constant or does it comes and goes?

User :   starts after I wake up and it comes and goes through out the day

User :   no,but sometimes feels like I still need to go
Doctor :   any fever or nausea ?
User :   no,but I also have some sorness under both arm pits
Doctor :   well from what i can make out that it sounds more or a infection

User :   will antibiotics cure that
Doctor :   and you need to get physical examination done first to find the right cause

Doctor :   Pain medicines such as ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) and acetaminophen (Tylenol) can help you temporary ... but you do need to get a physical examination done
