User :   Ui my name is XXXXXXXX and i seem to have a problem with my skin color mainly around my forehead this started happening when i was an early teen but now its getting a bit noticeable i've used products such as skinbright and civant skin products but now have worked effectively so i wondering can you you help me determine what i need to do and what skin problem i possible have?

Doctor :   also try this simple home remedy, it will help lighten your skin color to some extent in a natural way
User :   ok thanks a lot because i was really confused, cause it never happened when i was little and now it just bopped up
Doctor :   mix a spoon of bengal gram flour, a little curd, a spoon of lime juice, mix it into a paste, apply it over entire face, allow to dry, and wash with cold water while gently rubbing it like a scrub
Doctor :   also mix glycerine, rose water and lime juice in 1:1:1 ratio and keep, apply when going to bed daily
Doctor :   see for results in 2-3 weeks time

Doctor :   if you do not see any change in color, then i would recommend you to get a opinion and examination by a dermatologist
