User :   for about 5 days now I have had lot discomfort at the top of my thighs, in my groin area, when I get up from sitting im like an old lady walking, and it hurts when im sitting too? I am due my period and wonder if its anything to do with that? I went for a long walk a while before this and wondered too if that did it? But I am not overweight, fit and only 43? I excercise regularly, so am used to activity? It kinda came on all of a sudden. If I sit and raise both legs it pulls and hurts? and when I turn in bed it hurts too?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   let me read
Doctor :   is there any lymph gland enlarged in the groin region ?
User :   no, but when I apply pressure to either side of my pubic bone, right at tops of thighs its very tender? I can recall getting this on one side months ago before a period, and had it checked? my doc wondered if I had a burst ovarian cyst? but had scan and nothing. that was months ago and now I have it both sides? feels like a strain but I only went for a walk nothing major??
User :   seems mad to get this after a walk if it is that?
Doctor :   how is the pain is it constand dull ache or throbbing type,
User :   the area actually throbs too when I sit in a certain way?

User :   ahhh
User :   I have been under emotional stress a lot recently, getting better.
Doctor :   tab ibuprofen 400 mg better than codamol

Doctor :   ok its good to hear you are coming out of stress
Doctor :   yes it might subside
User :   would you say the walk deffo did not cause this then?
Doctor :   maay be it is not related to the walk
User :   my mother bless her says it was? LOL
User :   mmm?
Doctor :   if it has to be a musculoskeletal due to walk than the character of pain would be different
User :   as for vaginitus, I have had metronidolzol ( cant spell it), many times.... my doc said since having the IUD once, which started it, I had it taken out, I will always keep getting it, ?? its a nusance>?
Doctor :   i do not attribrute your pain is due to walk

Doctor :   so even normal bacteria which needs to be there also gone with antibiotic theraphy
Doctor :   yeast because of low immunity due to stress
User :   ahhh
User :   yeh my poor little body has been through it
User :   Its ok down there now,? lol
Doctor :   improve nutrition with good amount of fruits everyday
User :   sooo this pain in my loser groin area, could be down to?????
Doctor :   the mensturation
Doctor :   and as the period goes of the pain might also subside
User :   is it right that I get it now and then, its not like normal period pain, as it feels like ive strained or pulled that area, but havent done anything to cause it, odd isnt it that it should hurt? where is the pain actually coming from do you think?
Doctor :   diffucult to tell as the movement increases the pain it is the pelvis which is the culprit
