User :   I am a 22 year old female and I have never really been successful sexually
aroused while having vaginal sex. Oral sex is the only way in which I am able to
orgasm and have been unsuccessful vaginally. I also find it painful every time I
have sex though I have been sexually active for over a year and it hurts every time even with lubrication. Please help me
Doctor :   hi
User :   Hey
Doctor :   let me read what you have typed.
User :   Sorry I prepared what I wanted to say
Doctor :   is there any foul smelling discharge from vagina?
Doctor :   is there itching associated in vagina?
User :   No to both of those questions
User :   I just want to live the regular life of a 22 year old. I hate feeling broken I no longer know where to go to find answers
Doctor :   painful intercourse most commonly suggests PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) or a psychological problem
Doctor :   so first we need to find the cause for it
Doctor :   usually if there is no discharge or smell associated, psychological cause is supected
Doctor :   which can be corrected
User :   I cant think of anything psychological or traumatizing that would cause this
Doctor :   with counseling sessions.
User :   I've lead a healthy and very normal life no rape or molestation
Doctor :   it need not be any obvious psychological cause
Doctor :   it is obvious only at the time of intercourse
Doctor :   otherwise the woman is fine
Doctor :   and without any traumatizing history
User :   What kinda psychological problems could it be since not what I said
Doctor :   it can be just a block in mind that it will be painful, and that causes the pain
