User :   why does my heart rate slow down (60) when I am in a squating position (I was just gardening) and speed up to normal (72bpm) when I stand up?

User :   just now. no other symptoms, i am in good shape, it is warm outside but not too warm, i have already had water to drink. not on any meds.

User :   no

User :   65. that's normal for me
